Downtown Paso Robles

Walk around City Park downtown and take in the shopping, enjoy the historic architecture, and sip and savor a variety of food and drink options. There are wine tasting rooms, craft cocktail bars, and local distilleries galore.

Downtown San Luis Obispo (SLO)

SLO is a college town with a great shopping and restaurant district downtown near Cal Polyechnic. You could easily spend an entire afternoon walking around and looking at all the local shops. Lots of great restaurant options for lunch and dinner.

Morro Bay

A charming coastal town with parks and natural scenery to explore. Known for a volcanic plug called Morro Rock, the harbor has lots to see if you are looking for the outdoorsy central coast experience. Lots of great seafood restaurants, too.

Pismo Beach

If you're looking for more of a beach vacation, one of the best California beach destinations is nearby: Pismo Beach. Renowned for its classic white sandy beaches, 1,370-foot pier, expansive ATV sand dunes, the Monarch Butterfly Grove, and world-class seafood along the Pacific Coast Highway.
